Partner-Specific Voucher Code and Affiliate Scheme Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of partner-specific voucher codes and participation in the affiliate scheme (the “Scheme”) offered by Skip Hire Comparison Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for skip hire services. By using a partner-specific voucher code or participating in the Scheme, you (“you” or “Affiliate”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Partner-Specific Voucher Codes

• Eligibility: Partner-specific voucher codes are exclusively available to customers referred by our designated partners (“Partners”). Each Partner will have their own unique voucher code.

• Discount: Each partner-specific voucher code entitles the user to a 5% discount on the total price of skip hire.

• Usage & Partner Attribution: Use of a partner-specific voucher code signifies that the customer was referred by that specific Partner. This attribution is crucial for commission payouts as outlined in Section 2.

• Validity: Partner-specific voucher codes have an expiry date, which will be communicated with the code. Expired voucher codes will not be accepted.

• Non-Transferable: Voucher codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.

• Abuse: We reserve the right to refuse the use of a voucher code if we suspect any abuse, misuse, or fraudulent activity.

1. Affiliate Scheme

• Eligibility: Participation in the Scheme is open to Partners who have entered into an affiliate agreement with us. We reserve the right to refuse participation in the Scheme to any website or entity at our discretion.

• Affiliate Responsibilities: Partners are responsible for promoting our skip hire services through their website, marketing materials, and other agreed-upon channels, using their unique partner-specific voucher code. Partners must not engage in any misleading or unethical promotional activities.

• Commission: Partners will receive a 10% commission on the net revenue generated from each skip hire order placed using their unique partner-specific voucher code (the “Partner Code”). “Net revenue” is defined as the total price of the skip hire, excluding any taxes, fees, or other charges.

• Tracking & Attribution: Commission payouts are directly tied to the use of the Partner Code. The Partner Code is the sole mechanism for tracking referrals and attributing them to the correct Partner. It is the Partner’s responsibility to ensure the Partner Code is correctly promoted and used by their referrals.

• Payment: Commissions will be paid monthly via bank transfer to the bank account specified by the Partner. A minimum payout threshold of £250 applies. If the earned commission is below this threshold, it will be carried over to the next payment period.

• Reporting: Partners will have access to a reporting dashboard to track their referrals and commissions earned through the use of their Partner Code.

• Termination: We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, the Partner’s right to receive commissions will cease.

• Modifications: We reserve the right to modify the terms of the Scheme, including the commission rate, at any time. Partners will be notified of any changes.

1. General Terms

• Relationship: The relationship between us and the Partner is that of independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

• Intellectual Property: All trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property rights related to our skip hire services belong to us. Partners are granted a non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for the purpose of promoting our services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

• Liability: We shall not be liable to the Partner for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the Scheme.

• Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between us and the Partner with respect to the Scheme and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

4. Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes. Your continued participation in the Scheme or use of a partner-specific voucher code following the posting of updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
